My husband and I grew up in small Louisiana towns where food, family, and community mean everything. In Louisiana, feeding people is how we show love. Our recipes are sacred, passed down through generations. My husband, once an Assistant Chef in New Orleans, mastered the secrets of authentic Cajun seafood. After moving from state to state, we realized how rare it is to find the true taste of home—and that inspired us to share it with others.
